Yesterday I was craving something sweet and creamy, but mostly sweet. Did I say sweet?
So I delved into the shake arena and ordered a small Pina Colada shake. And, you know what? It was SWEET. Just what I wanted. But. Like I always feel with a milkshake, the first few sips or so (or even 1/2 of it) taste great and by the time I’ve downed the whole thing I end up feeling a bit yucky. But I finished it. No surprise there! Then I went for a long walk to help digest all that sweet dairy. Today I ran 7 miles so I’m thinking I might have burned it off by now. Might.
Remind me next time I order a Pina Colada shake that I should bring a shot of rum with me. Doesn’t that sound like a good idea?

What ever happened to that “sharing thing” that you used to divide the calories by three?
I just did some math and it figures out to be… 134 miles equals one Pina Colata Shake! Time to strap on those sneakers and parka and hit the asphalt one more time!
And Ash… that “BYOB”… ie… bring your own booze… sounds like the best idea!
Well… Chris is out of town. In all fairness, Wren had a few slurps. I’ll hit the trail again tomorrow!
